8 years old Bhavik Jindal showcased his talent with a masterful 1st position by winning three medals in 2nd Defence Taekwondo Cup




8 years old Bhavik Jindal of Saint Soldier's School, Sector-16, Panchkula showcased his talent with a masterful 1st position by winning three medals in 2nd Defence Taekwondo Cup 2021 organised by Defence Taekwondo Club, MDC, Panchkula on 19 September, 2021 held at Stella Maris Public School, MDC, Sector-4, Panchkula.


He won Gold Medal in Kyorugi – A Fight Event (a discipline of Taekwondo), another Gold Medal in Board Breaking event and a Bronze Medal in Poomsae event (a pattern of defence and attack).

 

The Chief Guests were Mr Narinder Pal Singh Lubana, Councillor (Ward No. 1), Panchkula and President, BJYM (BJP Youth), Panchkula and Ms Renu Singh, Minister of Mahila Morcha BJP Panchkula and Mr Suresh Verma, Councillor of Ward No. 2, Panchkula.


Bhavik Jindal is the only taekwondo player amongst other players who participated in 3 events which were held in a single day on 19 September, 2021.

 

He has won 28 medals in total in the span of three years which shows his determination and dedication towards sports.


Bhavik is 8 years old and studying in Class II. He is practising Taekwondo 1.5 hours daily. He is learning Taekwondo skills from Mr Satinder Singh of Onyx Taekwondo Academy, Baltana and Panchkula.
