Present were Administrator HSVP, Shri Balpreet Singh and senior officers of MCG, DHBVN and NHAI 


- CEO GMDA directed MCG officers to commission the boosting stations at Village Sirhole, Village Tigra, D-Block South City 2 as well as expedite construction of underground tanks at Hans Enclave, Village Sarai and in New Palam Vihar to ensure that water supply is carried out via boosting stations and not by direct supply from GMDA. CEO GMDA also added that every water supply connection of MCG must be metered to determine the quantum of water being supplied and consumed as well as to bring down non-revenue water.


- The matter of smart parking project being taken up by GMDA in sector 44 was discussed with Administrator HSVP. CEO GMDA outlined that a proposal of revenue sharing model between GMDA and HSVP may be looked into and the ownership rights may be retained by HSVP. He also directed MCG officials to explore on-street smart parking feasibility in congested market areas falling under MCG jurisdiction. 


- DHBVN officials submitted that the work of shifting Low Tension Line and Poles from the alignment of sector dividing roads of 81/86 Part A & B, 90/93, 92/95 and outer 95 as well as shifting of HVPVL Tower from the alignment of master dividing road of sector 68/70 A as part of road safety measures, has been allotted to the agencies. 


- CEO GMDA directed DHBVN to provide electric connections at bus queue shelters in Old Gurugram area in public interest as the BQS is a public utility. DHBVN officers complied with the directions and submitted that electric connections will be provided at the BQS without further delay. 


- The GIS Division of GMDA submitted that GIS based analysis was carried out by the GMDA team to gauge the status of public toilets present in the GMDA area. It was found that a total of 122 toilets are existing and 90 new public toilets were proposed to be constructed in areas of heavy traffic and public movement. 63 are to be constructed by MCG and 27 by MCM. CEO GMDA directed that a joint inspection of these locations be carried out by the respective teams and a uniform design be prepared for these public utilities. Proper sanitation and maintenance of the public toilets are to be ensured and Built Own Transfer model may be considered for this.
