Gurugram, June 9: Shri P.C. Meena, Chief Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) chaired a meeting to discuss the status of land falling within the sector/master roads from sectors 58 – 115 and also the progress on the laying down of master services in these sectors. Various hindrances present in the ongoing projects were reviewed. Directions of land acquisition, compensations, demarcations, etc, as required on various sector roads wherein development projects are to be executed, were issued by CEO GMDA.
Present were Administrator Haryana Shehri Vikas Paradhikaran (HSVP) Shri Balpreet Singh, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manesar Shri Sahil Gupta, SDM Gurugram Shri Ravinder Yadav, Estate Officer cum Land Acquisition Officer Smt Sunita Bhankhar, STP Gurugram Renuka Singh and senior officers of GMDA.
‘All concerned departments will cohesively work together to resolve any hindrances on priority in order to provide all master services in the city and to expedite the pace of the projects,” said Shri P.C. Meena
CEO GMDA directed the LAO, Urban Estate to resolve the compensation issue in respect of these lands and also directed to remove the temporary encroachments erected within the alignment of the sector roads to ensure the seamless connectivity of these public sector roads.
He emphasized on the key points of master sector roads of 71/73 and 72/72 A, sector 70 A outer and 79/79 B, Central Peripheral Road where hindrances are present and master services such as sewer network, water supply and master roads are to be provided.
He also directed the officials to approach the HSIIDC for handling over the land for construction of master road of sector 81/81A. He also directed the STP Gurugram to examine the issues of land which was part of license No 77 of 2010 and license no 20 of 2011 and also to take up the matter regarding approval of the realignment of sector 88/89 road.
He also directed the SDM cum competent authority under the Consolidation Act to expedite the proceedings to prepare the draft scheme and finalize the consolidation of these projects so that seamless connectivity is ensured in the interest of public at large.
Work for construction of roads and laying of master services such as water supply, drainage network, sewer network, etc, are being carried out by GMDA in the areas under its jurisdiction. To ensure prompt progress of the infra development works being undertaken, required measures to resolve the on-ground issues are being taken up on priority with the concerned departments.
