The decision was taken after the agencies failed to commence the committed works despite repeated reminders and adequate time being provided, in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of GMDA.
As per the approved proposals and signed agreements, the following works had to be undertaken by the concerned organsiations under CSR for development and maintenance of green belts and open spaces in Gurugram:
1. M/s Etsy Realcon Pvt. Ltd. — MoU dated 25.07.2024: Maintenance of green belt (both sides) on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) from Vatika Chowk to Emaar Palam Drive Red Light, Sector-66, Gurugram (Length – approx. 665 m).
2. M/s Green Yatra Trust — MoU dated 16.09.2024: Development and maintenance of green area along Leg–1, Palam Vihar drain near Rezangla Chowk.
3. M/s M3M India Pvt. Ltd. — The proposal was approved in the meeting of Open Spaces Development Unit, dated 04.07.2025: Development & maintenance of roundabout and four triangles of Sectors –13, 14 & 17 on Old Delhi–Gurugram Road (Atul Kataria Chowk).

However, no tangible progress was observed on the ground as per the agreed scope of work and timelines. In light of this continued inaction, GMDA has terminated the MoUs and the approved proposals with these organisations.
GMDA will seek to implement the above-mentioned works through collaboration with other corporate entities thereby contributing to greater green cover and the beautification of Gurugram.
